Fancy having to rock up to public loo and you are greeted with turnstiles where you have to pay about 80cents for the privilege? Yep that’s right, you have to pay to pee, or pay to poo!
London has been a whirlwind and our feet are very sore from all the walking, but it has been fun. Most things on the checklist have been done with a few exceptions. Not very many places have free wi-fi so the updates have not been coming through as much as I would like, but I think you get the gist of what we’ve done so far. The hop on hop off bus has been good, and one of the highlights has been visiting Madame Tusades Wax Museum. There is a great 4D animation which the family really enjoyed.
Kate is still in disbelief that we were standing in front of Buckingham Palace today and the Tower Bridge. Postcard reality sets in.
Bags are packed again, ready for our trip to Paris today, via the Eurostar train. I’ll post a few pics when I get a better Internet connection.
